In case you haven’t heard Bank of America had suspended foreclosures in all 50 states. This comes on the heals of Ally Financial, GMAC and Chase halting foreclosures in 23 states until investigations are complete amidst allegations that their foreclosure process wasn’t handled properly. Now of course, regardless of the investigation, and your feelings toward the big banks, we know two things. 1) There will be lawsuits, and of course, we’re all gonna end up paying in some form or fashion for them. The other thing is that people who haven’t made any mortgage payments for the last year, still haven’t paid their mortgage for a year. So,Homeowners, let me ask you this, Should a renter be allowed to stay in your home if they don’t pay the rent? Of course not, but no doubt this will drag on for awhile, and delay the inevitable foreclosure while holding up the ability of new homebuyers to have the opportunity to buy these homes. Three stooges were caught robbing a bank early Sunday morning in South Beach when their look out was found passed out in the getaway car by police . They arrested him and found another robber who tried to run away but was weighed down by his pockets full of bills and coins. I know, this has “worlds dumbest videos” written all over it. However third robber gave the cops the slip until he crashed through the ceiling tiles. Memo to bank robbers; If you’re going to rob a bank on a Sunday morning, get to bed early on Saturday, and stop by a Starbucks or mix in a red bull or something

New home sales in the month of August were the slowest they have been since 1963.
